Descendants of the First Observers
For generations, colonial narratives promoted the idea that Africans and African Americans were separate peoples with no shared identity. This be-lie-f emerged during the era of slavery and neo-colonial rule, when overlays languages, names, and cultural ties were deliberately disrupted to weaken unity among people of African descent. Over time, these ideas were repeated through education systems, media, and social institutions, leading many to internalize the notion of separation. In reality, African Americans largely descend from populations of West and Central Africa, and the shared lineage between Africans and the diaspora remains a fundamental historical truth.
The presence of haplogroups A and B among African Americans shows that:
- the African diaspora preserved very ancient African genetic lineages
- African Americans share deep biological ancestry with African populations
- the genetic history of the diaspora reaches far back into early African human history
African Americans and Africans share overlapping genetic lineages, and the presence of haplogroups A and B in the diaspora reflects the deep ancestral roots that originated in Africa long before the trans-Atlantic slave trade. This isn't hypothesis, it's documented facts, supported by Sound, Right, and Reason.

The so-called independence of Britain’s colonies did not dismantle the colonial economic order. Instead:
- Colonial property relations, land tenure systems, and extractive concessions were retained intact;
- Control over capital flows, currency regimes, and development finance remained externalized;
- Newly “independent” states were structurally constrained to rely on British and Western capital.
This process ensured that colonial extraction did not end, but was rebranded as development and investment.

Who We Are
Declaration of DOFO.9
DOFO.9 represents the lineage of the First Observers.
Before empire, dogma, and imposed borders, humanity learned through observation of the sky, land, waters, and natural cycles. From this observation came the earliest systems of knowledge astronomy, timekeeping, agriculture, navigation, geometry, architecture, and law.
We stand in that tradition.
Our Origin
The earliest observers emerged from Alkebulan, the land now called Africa. From this origin, observation-based knowledge spread across the world through migration, interaction, and adaptation.
These early societies understood the Earth as continuous, life as interconnected, and time as cyclical.
Our Method
DOFO.9 grounds knowledge in:
• Direct observation of natural law
• Stellar, terrestrial, and seasonal cycles
• Empirical continuity over abstract theory
• Indigenous knowledge systems
• Stewardship and balance with nature
Observation precedes ideology.
Our Position
Much of recorded history was written after conquest. Renaming, classification, and historical overlays were used to control narratives and obscure origins.

DOFO9 recently completed a community initiative installing water systems in Kekere Village, Bukedea, Buganda, Alkebulan. Access to clean water is essential for health, and community stability. This project demonstrates our commitment to practical solutions that improve daily life.

With community help, the trenches were a Mile and a half, and the job got done through volunteer work and determination. It was a group effort. They had to walk nearly three miles to fetch water, that why this project was so important to Dofo9, because we knew it would have a direct impact on the community especially the elder.

The youth along with skilled workers getting the job done, was able to lay the pipe and cover the trenches in a few days.

About Descendants of the First Observers
Our second project, constructing a brooding house and two story chicken house, the brooder house can hold up to 4,000 chicks, the Chicken house can hold 2,000 Chickens on top and 2,000 on the bottom floor. The project included the development of a poultry brooding system, a chicken house, and a fenced outdoor area where chickens can grow safely and naturally. These facilities provide a structured environment for raising poultry while supporting long-term food production within the community.

Now DOFO9 is preparing to launch its next and most ambitious initiative: DOFO9 Global Online Orientation.
This platform will be the first of its kind, creating a structured digital environment where youth from around the world can participate in guided discussions, mentorship, and learning sessions rooted in the DOFO9 framework.
In an age where young people are constantly exposed to information but rarely given meaningful orientation, this initiative will provide something different—a global platform focused on identity, disciplined thinking, and structured development.
Through interactive sessions and guided dialogue, participants will connect with mentors and peers across continents, building a shared space for learning, reflection, and growth.
The same commitment that helped complete our community projects is now being directed toward building this global platform. With the support of donors and partners, DOFO9 aims to make this initiative a reality and open the door for youth everywhere to access a new form of orientation and development.
This will be the first platform of its kind.

A shift is happening.
Across the world, young minds are waking up. They are no longer moving through life on inherited be-lie-f systems. They are asking questions their parents were told not to ask. They are examining traditions instead of absorbing them without thought.
This is not rebellion.
This is consciousness awakening.
Breaking the chain does not mean rejecting family or history. It means refusing to carry forward systems built on distorted narratives, renamed ethnonyms, and artificial frameworks that no longer align with Divine order, balance, truth, or lived reality.
For many generations, survival required adapting to systems created by others.
This generation is saying something different:
Survival is not enough. We want awareness.
They are moving from a belief system to a knowledge system.
Belief requires acceptance without experience.
natural Knowledge is built through observation, reason, reflection, and alignment with natural order.
That is why this platform exists.
It is a place where youth can think freely, speak openly, and grow without fear of being silenced or reshaped to fit outdated molds. Here, no one is told what to believe. Instead, each person is encouraged to observe, question, reason, and discover truth for themselves.

OUR FRAMEWORK
Our Position
DOFO.9 does not seek validation through inscriptions, ethnonyms, imperial archives, or European academic frameworks. Our position is ontological, epistemic, and cosmological, not dependent on colonial records.
We do not argue that Africans were first because Europe recorded it. We affirm that observation precedes inscription and consciousness precedes naming. The First Observers existed before archives, labels, and imposed categories.
The First Observers
“First Observers” is not an ethnonym or race. It is a state of awareness and function within the order of existence. Identity is established through alignment with natural cycles, spatial orientation, sound, rhythm, and time—not through imposed names.
In this framework, knowledge begins with observation. Writing, borders, and classifications are secondary developments.
Our Epistemology
DOFO.9 rests on a triad of evidence:
Sound – vibration and rhythm precede form and language.
Right – harmony with natural cycles and correct relationship with life.
Reason – pattern recognition, continuity, and cause-and-effect.
Together these form a system of knowledge grounded in observation rather than belief.
Our Alignment
We operate outside Eurocentric historical frameworks that claim history begins with writing or legitimacy begins with naming. In the DOFO.9 framework:

THE QUEENS OF KUSH (THE KANDAKES)
In the Kingdom of Kush (Nubia), especially during the Meroitic Period, the term Kandake (or Candace) referred to a queen mother, queen regnant, or queen ruling in her own authority. These women were not symbolic—they commanded armies, directed diplomacy, built monumental architecture, and upheld the sovereign spiritual order. Dofo9 give great honor and respect to our ancestors, the Queens of Kush, within our framework, the Black Queen is highly acknowledge and adored, without her we cant exist, for she is the essence of Balance and Harmony. And we must protect her by any mens neccesarry

1. Amanirenas (also written Amanirēnas)
Reigned ~40 BCE – 10 BCE
Known for: Military resistance, defeating Rome at the First Cataract.
Why she stands out:
- Led Kush against the Roman Empire during the reign of Emperor Augustus.
- Destroyed Roman forts and captured statues of Augustus—symbolically removing their heads.
- Forced Rome to negotiate a mutually respectful peace treaty—something almost no African nation experienced with Rome.
- Recorded in Roman texts as a "courageous one-eyed queen."
Amanirenas embodies sovereign resistance, strategic warfare, and uncompromising independence.

Reigned ~177–155 BCE
Known for: Earliest clearly attested Meroitic queen regnant.
- Ruled independently, not as a consort.
- Depicted performing kingly duties and wearing royal regalia.
- Oversaw monumental construction at Meroe.
- Her inscriptions represent early development of the Meroitic writing system.

3. Amanishakheto
Reigned ~10 BCE – 1 CE
Known for: Immense wealth and gold treasury.
- Her royal jewelry (seized by Europeans in the 1800s) shows mastery of Kushite goldwork.
- She continued stabilizing Kush after Amanirenas' war with Rome.
- Left inscriptions and art showing her performing kingly roles.

4. Amanitore
Reigned ~1st century CE (c. 1–50 CE)
Known for: Large-scale building and environmental restoration.
- Co-ruled with King Natakamani, but her power was equal, not symbolic.
- Responsible for major temple reconstruction, especially at Naqa.
- Directed large irrigation and water-management systems.
- One of the most extensively depicted Kushite queens in relief carvings.

Known for: Diplomacy and trans-regional awareness.
- Appears in Meroitic inscriptions and was known to the Greeks.
- Possibly involved in maintaining peace with Rome. She never bowed to Rome, in fact Rome respected her, and bowed before her presence when they conducted diplomatic meeting she demanded it.

Known for: Rare late-period depiction.
- Her tomb artwork suggests continued Kushite female leadership even in later centuries.
